Credit Processing

Return requests need to be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Pending returns are processed weekly.

Credit Criteria

Agents can submit returns for the following reasons: invalid phone, consumer does not exist, consumer did not request a quote, language barrier, duplicate lead from the past 30 days, and does not meet filter requirements.
